Rachel Ballard

School Psychology / Counseling

Rachel Ballard is a school psychology graduate student at Brigham Young University who loves learning, meeting new people, and working with students. She has previously been employed in Title I elementary and secondary school settings as a family coordinator, school counselor intern, and special education paraprofessional. Rachel aspires to support students socially, emotionally, behaviorally, and academically in her role as a future school psychologist. 

Rachel grew up in North Salt Lake, Utah, and has lived there for the majority of her life. Rachel and her husband have been happily married for four years and have recently moved to Lehi, Utah. They enjoy traveling, exploring new experiences in Utah, and being active together. Rachel loves going to the gym, being outside, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. Rachel is excited to expand her perspective and improve as a student and future professional through her interdisciplinary experiences at URLEND.
