Lora  Israelsen, Ph.D.

Lora Israelsen, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist who specializes in diagnostic assessments related to neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, and cognitive differences. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Utah State University, where she supervises graduate students and teaches courses related to standardized assessment. 

Lora holds a doctorate in clinical psychology from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and a master's degree from Harvard University. Her predoctoral internship prioritized training for pediatric neuropsychological assessments and neurodevelopmental evaluations. Following her doctorate, Lora completed a postdoctoral fellowship at ChildServe, a large medical clinic in Iowa that provides care to children with complex medical needs and/or developmental disorders. She has also received specialized training in the treatment of sleep disorders and perinatal/postpartum mood disorders.
