Kirsten Aalberg is course director and residential lead for the pediatrics course in the University of Utah Doctor of Physical Therapy program and is the director of the University of Utah Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency. She has been working as an early intervention physical therapist since 2008.
Kirsten graduated with a BS in PT in 1996, completed a post-professional DPT in 2010, earned her Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy designation in 2019, completed URLEND in 2021, and completed the URLEND Autism Enhanced track in 2022. Capstone projects for her physical therapy degrees were Muscle Stiffness, and The Role of Vestibular Dysfunction in Motor Development Delay.
Kirsten grew up at Lake Tahoe and has lived mostly in Utah since 1985.
