Erin Hohnholt
Nurse Practitioner
Erin Hohnholt, DNP, APRN, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner in the University Developmental Assessment Clinics (UDAC) within the University of Utah Department of Pediatrics. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Utah in 2019 and spent the next five years working as a nurse at Primary Children’s Hospital, caring for children with a wide variety of medical diagnoses. Erin continued her nursing education at the University of Utah and received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Utah in 2024.
At UDAC, Erin cares for children, adolescents, and their families to assess developmental concerns, diagnose developmental disabilities, and provide ongoing medical care to improve developmental outcomes. She primarily cares for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), cerebral palsy (CP), and other developmental disabilities. During her graduate education, Erin was a long-term Utah Regional Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (URLEND) trainee, which strengthened her desire to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. She is eager to be involved with URLEND from the faculty role, serving as Co-Chair of the Curriculum Committee and member of the Clinical Committee.
