To Register Into PaymentWorks...
PaymentWorks
This is the system used by Utah State University (USU) to manage who receives money. A live person will then verify the information and you will receive an email that it is completed.
Anyone receiving money from USU who is not on a USU scholarship, assistantship, or Payroll will need to register. This includes participants who are self-advocates or parents/family members who participate with URLEND.
INSTRUCTIONS
You should have received an email today to register. If you don't see it, check your junk mail. It may look like it comes from a person's email address.
You will first get an email to join. Follow the instructions.
You will get a second to verify your email address.
Once verified, you will be prompted to register. Fill out ALL the information. The system thinks of you as a business and the words are confusing. Any time it says business or vendor or company, that just means you as a person. Some tips:
Company name = your full name (example Harry James Potter)
EIN = your social security number
Tax Classification = Individual
To have your check sent as direct deposit, set up “ACH Information” where it asks. Otherwise, a check will go out in the mail.
Make sure to enter BOTH a Remittance Address and an Order Address.
You will get an email once you are approved.

Address and Name Changes
Log in then Click on "Company Profile" (top right corner). On the left side will be tabs.
Check your Legal Name as well as your DBA name. Your address can be changed in this section also.
