Trainee presentations on leadership projects, clinical experiences, and leadership growth; reflections on leadership activities 5-10 years ahead; feedback on URLEND program and how program facilitated development of leadership skills. Trainees will also turn in a 10-page paper summarizing their leadership project, leadership skills learned through URLEND, and plan for continued development of their leadership skills.
